Impress, Royal Can sign JV agreement for the Thai market

Impress Group B.V. and Royal Can Industries Co. Ltd. say that they have reached a definitive agreement to create a joint venture to sell and manufacture aluminum food and seafood cans in Thailand.

The new company called Royal Impress will be headquartered in Royal Can's existing premises in Bangkok.

Based in Thailand, Royal Can manufactures a range of steel and aluminum cans and Impress currently exports aluminum cans from its European factories into Thailand. Many of them are filled in Thailand to be re-exported to Japan, North America, and Europe.
