IT-free work process management

GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms launches its newest version of work process management solution Proficy Workflow, version 1.2. The new software allows operators to create and modify work processes quickly and easily without requiring support or resources from information technology (IT). Through the system, companies can digitize and streamline production – from electronic work instructions for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and corrective action to monitoring hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) and tracking for compliance.

The system’s new Form Designer eliminates coding for display screens and forms. Production teams can drag and drop documents in an easy-to-use graphical what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) environment to build forms and displays for manual or automated data entry.
