ELITER Packaging Machinery – a HUANENG Company, has announced the completed development of the Wrap-Around Sleever and is now ready to launch it into the market.  

Wrap-Around Sleever, also known as Wrap-Around Cartoner, is a packaging machine that can connect with the upstream machine such as thermoformer, filling machine, or sealing machine, receive containers such as trays, pots, tubs, cups, etc., place flat unglued sleeves on the containers, then slide and wrap the sleeve and complete the closure with hot melt glue in the inferior part of the package. 

ESTRENA™ Wrap-Around Sleever is a full servo-driven carton sleeving machine joined by SINAMICS V90 system of SIEMENS and can reach a maximum speed of 120 sleeves per minute. The machine is aesthetic, ergonomic and hygienic in design, and can operate for the wrap-around sleeve packaging of either single or multipack of containers and incorporates an automatic grouping and infeed system. For the current stage, the machine is designed to pack ready meals, dairy products such as yoghurt cups and dessert pots, soup cups, snacks and so forth.
