Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods) has partnered with the Department for Empowerment and Development of the Life of Persons with Disabilities (DEP) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to promote a workplace culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and empower its employees to reach their full potential at the CP Foods Spreading Pride 2023 event. The initiative aims to create an environment that celebrates diversity and channels positivity back into society.

Through its efforts, CP Foods is inspiring a shift toward embracing diversity, inclusivity, and equity amongst its workforce. By offering opportunities for all to display their potential, the organization aims to instigate positive societal change. A recently hosted seminar, the “CP Foods Spreading Pride 2023,” championed the theme “Embracing Diversity with Heart,” inviting thought leaders from global and governmental bodies to share their insights and inspire the assimilation of these values into work and life.
