Crafting Experiences Across the Continent

The tour kicks off at The Long Bar, located within the prestigious InterContinental Danang, Vietnam, on 23 February from 6 pm to 10 pm. Guests can indulge in F*nkytown’s signature cocktails, including the Long Island Thai Tea, Pain Au Matcha, Dirty Mango, and Green Curry on this exclusive one-day guest shift.

F*nkytown will then head to The Elephant Room in Singapore on 6 March from 8 pm till 11 pm, where Pae will showcase not only F*nkytown’s signature cocktails but also its culinary prowess, with a kitchen takeover led by Luqman Hakim, the Group Head Chef of Sarnies Group. Cocktail highlights include the Oyster, Tom Yum, and Pain Au Matcha, paired with delectable dishes such as Sai Oua Corn Dog, Naem Stuffed Chicken Wings, F*nky Smash Burgers, and Crispy Pig’s Ears.

The Asian journey returns to Bangkok on 12 March, where F*nkytown will celebrate Espresso Martini Day with a coffee-themed guest shift at Penthouse Bar + Grill, Park Hyatt, Bangkok. Set from 8 pm to 11 pm, this collaboration will merge the expertise of Head Bartender John Villanueva with the funky flavours of F*nkytown, offering guests a refined twist on classic coffee-inspired cocktails in the luxurious setting of Park Hyatt Bangkok.

F*nkytown is also set to embark on additional guest shifts across Asia, including in North Asia, with more details to be shared soon.

Guest Shifts at F*nkytown

On 10 March, F*nkytown will host its first food-driven activation on the venue’s rooftop. Transforming its rooftop into a culinary haven, F*nkytown will be teaming up with Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter, a Gozney Ambassador from Carters, and Feng Chen, also a Gozney Ambassador from Leopard Crast, to craft an array of mouthwatering pizzas using Gozney Pizza Ovens. Meanwhile, Pae will be shaking up a selection of cocktails to complement the evening’s flavours. Set from 5pm to 9 pm, this exclusive event will showcase the debut of Gozney’s latest innovation and the world’s most advanced compact pizza oven, the Gozney Arc & Arc XL.

“We’re thrilled to embark on this culinary and cocktail adventure across Asia,” said Group Beverage Manager Pae Ketumarn. “Each event presents a unique opportunity to push boundaries and craft unforgettable experiences for our guests. We can’t wait to share our passion for serving up great food, exceptional cocktails, and a funky good time with everyone from around the region.”
