Vitafoods Asia 2023, booth J39: Euromed will highlight the potential of herbal extracts and present innovative clinical trial results.

Mollet del Vallès (Spain), August 2023: Euromed, a leading supplier of botanical extracts and natural ingredients, is pleased to announce its participation at Vitafoods Asia. During a live presentation, the company will reveal details of two ongoing clinical trials with Pomanox®, a pomegranate fruit extract, that highlight its benefits for beauty and healthy ageing. In addition, attendees will gain valuable insights into the fascinating world of specific botanical extracts and their multiple effects on skin and cardiovascular health, cognition, joint and muscle function, and the microbiome. The presentation will also outline the extensive scientific aspects of Euromed’s Mediterranean Fruit and Vegetable Extracts™, and how they, too, can contribute to healthy ageing and beauty.

The presentation entitled “Nature’s Symphony: The Harmony of Beauty, Healthy Mind, and Healthy Body” will be given by Andrea Zangara, Head of Scientific Communication and Medical Affairs, on September 21 from 11 am to 11:30 am at the Main Stage Theatre in Halls 5-7.

In addition to the presentation, Euromed will showcase its innovative botanical extracts in the New Ingredients Zone: Spisar® and CuberUp®, derived from spinach and cucumber, respectively, are known for their joint and muscle health benefits. Evidence shows that these extracts play an important role in active and healthy ageing.

Another key highlight of the event will be Euromed’s renowned product, Wellemon®. A study involving the lemon extract has recently been presented with the “Best Paper Award 2023” by the prestigious scientific journal “Antioxidants” for its ground-breaking research into the bioavailability and metabolism of Wellemon®. This water-soluble extract standardised with eriocitrin has proven to be a versatile and powerful ingredient, which is why Euromed invites show attendees to explore its immense potential and application possibilities for various health and wellness offerings.

Andrea Zangara, Head of Scientific Communication & Medical Affairs, says: “At Euromed, we bring together a wealth of expertise in botanical extracts, driven by our commitment to quality, science and innovation. Our extensive range of products is carefully derived from nature’s finest sources and an increasing number of extracts are also certified organic. We are dedicated to providing botanical solutions that support individuals in their journey towards holistic wellness and optimal health.”

Euromed is delighted to be a part of Vitafoods Asia and looks forward to engaging with industry professionals, experts, and stakeholders during the event. Visit Euromed stand J39 to learn more about their range of botanical extracts and natural ingredients.
