Sidel is gearing up to make some noise at FachPack 2025, showcasing next-level packing and palletising tech that’s built to shake up the food, home and personal care packaging scene.

From 23–25 September, swing by stand C5107 in Hall 7, Nürnberg, to see how Sidel’s agile end-of-line solutions are redefining production line performance, cutting costs, boosting output, and giving manufacturers a competitive edge.

Recognised as one of Europe’s top packaging expos, FachPack is where breakthrough innovation takes centre stage. And this year, Sidel’s bringing the fire with its tailor-made, high-efficiency solutions – all designed to keep pace with fast-shifting market demands.

From standalone equipment to full turnkey lines, Sidel is showing how manufacturers can drive smarter, faster, and more resilient operations.

“Packaging lines don’t evolve by chance – they need smart thinking and even smarter tech,” says Hervé Bour, Account Director for FHPC Eastern Europe at Sidel. “That’s exactly what we’ll be bringing to FachPack: solutions that crush downtime, reduce operational overheads and unlock serious productivity gains.”

Power moves in palletising and packing

On stand, Sidel will spotlight innovations like RoboAccess_Pal S – a powerhouse that handles up to 2,400 products per hour, offering industrial-grade performance with the flexibility today’s manufacturers need. Fast, compact, and capable of up to 12 cycles per minute with payloads up to 25kg, this robot is built to go the distance.

Also in the spotlight: CoboAccess_Pal, Sidel’s answer to manual palletising fatigue. It’s a safe, reliable cobot engineered to optimise end-of-line operations and to protect workers while accelerating throughput – a win-win for both people and productivity.

From one-offs to fully integrated lines – all from one source

Sidel isn’t just showcasing individual machines – it’s showing what’s possible when everything works together. From PET blowing, filling, and labelling to advanced packing and palletising, Sidel delivers full-line solutions that are fully integrated, fully customisable, and ready to perform. That includes cutting-edge services and digital tools to help customers keep pushing performance post-installation.

“Our end-to-end expertise means we don’t just deliver machines – we deliver results,” adds Bour. “Whether you’re trying to save space, speed up changeovers, or boost ROI, we’ll show you how to build a packaging line that works harder, faster, and smarter.
