Food ingredients company Solina Savory Ingredients has announced its acquisition of Asenzya®, formerly Foran Spice Company. The latter, based in Wisoncsin, is a provider of custom seasoning blends and solutions. Among its product offerings include natural phosphate replacers, plant-based proteins, extenders and sodium replacements for food and beverage applications.

Solina offers Asenzya® a broader reach across the globe and we are very excited to share future success.” Patty is retiring at the end of the year and will continue to play a critical support role as a Board member.
