The Australasia’s Processing and Packaging Expo (APPEX), 12 – 15 March 2024, is the region’s largest exhibition representing all sectors of the industry, including machinery, materials, processing, and services.

Sidel will be highlighting its end-of-line options, including CoboAccess™_Pal, an affordable industrial cobotic palletiser, which is compact, safe, and easy to operate. This fenceless equipment is capable of stacking wrap-around or regular slotted cases at a rate of up to six cycles per minute and payloads up to 14kg.

To maximise uptime, CoboAccess™_Pal comes fitted with Sidel’s patented PalDesigner® configuration and simulation software, allowing operators to create and modify pallet patterns directly in the palletiser’s system.

Delegates to the show can find out more about Sidel’s Aseptic Predis X4, an integrated blow-fill-cap solution for PET bottles that incorporates Predis™ dry preform sterilisation. This system is capable of continuous production cycles lasting more than 200 hours. It combines the highest food safety standards, unprecedented ease of use, maximum flexibility, and best-in-class environmental footprint.

The Evo-ON® software suite, a unique cloud suite with built-in intelligence, will also be on display and is designed to improve line productivity.  The collection of smart apps uses equipment data to make performance recommendations.

Sidel will also celebrate its partnership with E80 Group, the automated intralogistics specialists, creating inbound packaging solutions for warehousing and outbound logistics.
