NatureWorks and IMA Coffee Lab have passed the first significant trial phase in their strategic partnership. SIG announces acquisition agreement of Scholle IPN
Flexible packaging solutions suppliers Scholle IPN will be acquired by SIG, an aseptic carton packaging company. The target completion of the deal is before 3Q 2022. Switzerland-based SIG will diversify offerings by including its bag-in-box and spouted pouch items in the new product portfolio. ProAmpac partners with Rutgers University to roll out new intelligent packaging
In order to improve on its existing portfolio of flexible food packaging, ProAmpac is entering a partnership with Rutgers University of Food Science’s Dr. Kit Yam. The professor will collaborate with the company’s Material Science and Innovation teams to come up with active and intelligent food packaging.
