Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and more.

“At Ingredion, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that supports their growth, values diversity, and encourages innovation,” said Mike O’Riordan, Senior Vice President, Texture & Healthful Solutions, EMEA and Asia Pacific “I am incredibly proud of our team’s effort to create a positive and dynamic work environment”

“Being named a Top Employer again in 2024 is a significant achievement for us. Christophe Lange, VP HR, Texture and Healthful Solutions, EMEA/APAC Commercial Excellence & Org. Transformation. “It underscores our dedication to implementing best-in-class HR practices that prioritize the wellbeing and professional development of our employees. Our focus on creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging work environment has been instrumental in driving our success.”

Lange points to the ongoing commitment to promote diversity and inclusion across the organisation as a key strength, as well as the introduction of more agile working practices and transition to a more digitally enabled HR service.

Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink says: “Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organisations. And we have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Programme this year: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2024.
