Guided by the “Three Benefits” philosophy, CP Foods prioritizes national and societal interests over corporate gains. The organization has implemented robust strategies to ensure human rights protection, conducting comprehensive risk assessments across the 17 countries where CP Foods operates business. These principles are implemented through diverse practices and initiatives that champion fairness, embrace diversity, and deeply embed ethical values into CPF’s corporate culture.

CP Foods extends its human rights commitment across its supply chain, empowering business partners and small-scale farmers through targeted knowledge-sharing and capacity-building initiatives. The company rigorously adheres to Thai labor standards and international employment principles, ensuring comprehensive worker protection. By prioritizing ethical practices, promoting opportunities for vulnerable populations, and strictly preventing child labor and illegal employment, CP Foods drives sustainable development that benefits entire communities.

The Ministry of Justice, through the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, announces the Model Organization for Human Rights Award 2024 recognizes organizations that prioritize the promotion and protection of human rights concretely and serve as a good example for other agencies.
