After the acquisition of Crown Holdings Inc.’s EMEA food and consumer packaging business, KPS Capital Partners launches Eviosys as an independent company. As a leader in the metal packaging industry, it will place a focus on innovation and sustainability in its product portfolio.

Eviosys is the largest producer of aluminum and steel food packaging, which includes metal closures, aerosol cans, food cans and ends, and promotional packaging for brands. Among its produce offerings include a line made with 100% recyclable metal substrates.

This new venture will help customers meet their sustainability goals, help minimise pollution and wastage, and protect the environment while retaining its position in the industry. The team will consistently develop solutions and innovative ways to offer truly sustainable packaging.

Tomás López will lead the company as the new Chief Executive Officer, with his decades of. experience in the packaging industry.
