Food Taipei Mega Shows 2025

Food Taipei Mega Shows 2025—Asia’s largest integrated food exhibition—opened today at Taipei’s Nangang Exhibition Center with a new record in scale, global reach, and innovation under the themes Precision Nutrition and Green Intelligence.

Event overview and growth

The show marks a milestone with over 1,500 exhibitors, spanning five concurrent sub‑shows—Food Taipei, Foodtech Taipei, Bio/Pharmatech Taiwan, Taipei Pack, and Taiwan Horeca—across Halls 1 and 2, a huge growth from last year, signaling steady post‑pandemic recovery.

Exhibitors came from 33 countries, including Japan, the U.S., Australia, and Southeast Asia, to make up more than 4,000 booths, which led to the opening of the 3rd floor of the venue for the first time ever.

Innovation zone: Future Food Pavilion

The dedicated “Future Food Zone” spotlighted breakthroughs in plant-based products, emerging ingredients, and precision nutrition technologies . It showcased AI-enhanced cuisine, frozen health foods, and sustainable solutions—reinforcing the show’s focus on digital transformation, sustainability, and healthier diets.

Sustainability & tech focus

TAITRA Chairman James C.F. Huang emphasized that the dual themes of “Green Intelligence” and “Precision Nutrition” underscored the sector’s shift toward smart, eco-conscious food innovation. Several exhibitors demonstrated AI, automation, and monitoring systems for food safety, traceability, efficiency, and supply chain transparency .

Taiwan’s presence

The Taiwan Pavilion, with over 90 brands under “Elevating Taste, Sharing with the World,” was complemented by 16 city and county pavilions—Taichung, Pingtung, Tainan among them—spotlighting organic and local specialties . Domestic companies such as Sunright Foods, Lian Hwa, Chimei Foods, Anyong Freshmart, Dachan Great Wall, and Taiwan Sugar also played major roles.

This edition of Food Taipei Mega Shows underscores its evolution into a high-impact platform for global trade, innovation, and sustainability. With new technologies, precise nutrition, eco-intelligent practices, and international pavilions, the event offers a powerful launchpad for industry leaders and buyers alike.

Whether you’re in food R&D, packaging, biotech, hospitality, or retail, now is the moment to join. The shows will run until Saturday, June 28. Visit to connect, discover, and lead the future of food.
