Ziemann Holvrieka presented Ziemann AnalytiX at drinktec 2025 – a unique combination of a proven end-to-end digitalization platform for breweries and complementary consulting services.

At the trade fair in Munich, Ziemann Holvrieka not only unveiled a new solution but also announced a strategic partnership that redefines digital transformation in brewing. Together with Indeex – a specialist in industrial digitalization and AI-driven analytics – Ziemann Holvrieka showcased Ziemann AnalytiX powered by Indeex: the world’s first and only end-to-end digitalization platform developed specifically for breweries. It provides breweries with real-time production data, KPIs, and AI-based recommendations for action – fully web-based and intuitively accessible via PC, tablet, or smartphone. Already proven in the market, it is now being offered exclusively by Ziemann Holvrieka to large breweries worldwide as a combined product-service package consisting of software and consulting.

Strategic partnership – more than just innovation

Digitalization in the brewing world is often presented in the form of pilot projects or concept studies, usually as an add-on to machine and plant engineering. While these point to future potential, they rarely achieve broad market penetration.

From the outset it was clear: successful digital transformation requires the expertise of a specialized partner. This conviction led to the strategic cooperation with Indeex. Modular design, maximum flexibility, end-to-end coverage

Ziemann AnalytiX powered by Indeex is built as a modular, web-based platform. Depending on the package, tools are available for monitoring energy and water consumption, quality control, or benchmarking. A compact gateway ensures encrypted real-time communication between plant and cloud (Microsoft Azure or other providers).

Unlike many common market solutions, which usually focus only on OEE dashboards in packaging, Ziemann AnalytiX offers a digital process twin of the entire brewing process – from brewhouse through fermentation, filtration, and utilities to packaging. The system is not a complex project but an immediately deployable product: it integrates seamlessly into existing SCADA systems and sensor technology, requires no additional hardware, and can be implemented within a few days.

Moreover, the platform is fully supplier-independent. It works with any existing automation environment and leverages available measurement and sensor technology. With the help of artificial intelligence, it not only visualizes performance data but also generates concrete optimization recommendations. Combined with Ziemann Holvrieka’s consulting expertise, these insights can be directly translated into measurable improvements.

Proactive optimization instead of pure visualization
Ziemann AnalytiX goes far beyond simple data collection. Every process step is continuously evaluated against historical and user-defined reference values. Deviations are automatically detected and concrete improvement suggestions generated.
