From September 15 to 19, Munich will host the world’s largest trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry – drinktec 2025. Ziemann Holvrieka’s presence at booth C2-202 will be its proven range of products and services, along with further developments. The company thus targets the brewing and beverage industry, as well as juice logistics specialists and New Food manufacturers.
As a globally recognized EPC partner (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Ziemann Holvrieka will showcase its comprehensive turnkey solutions for the entire beverage and brewing industry at drinktec 2025. With over 170 years of experience, a global network, and cutting-edge technology, the company delivers complex production facilities from a single source – from feasibility studies and planning to procurement, commissioning, and lifelong support. Customers benefit from a single point of contact, clearly defined budgets, guaranteed performance metrics, and the highest levels of safety and sustainability. The result: turnkey plants that set global standards.
At the same time, DME Process Systems Ltd (Canada), Briggs of Burton (UK), McMillan Coppersmiths & Fabricators Ltd (Scotland), and Künzel Maschinenbau GmbH (Germany), which belong to the same group of companies, will be presenting themselves at booth C2-202. Their topics are craft brewing, spirits production, and raw material handling.
Tanks and mills
A second core competence of Ziemann Holvrieka, also in focus in Munich, is tank construction. In addition to its widely used process and storage tanks, the company will present high-precision bioreactors, including for the growing market of precision fermentation.
Ziemann Holvrieka will also unveil the T-Rex WET mill for the first time at drinktec 2025. It combines high raw material flexibility with efficient wet milling, automatic gap adjustment, and easy maintenance. Thanks to its modular design, CIP capability, and reduced energy consumption, it delivers excellent lautering results and integrates seamlessly into modern brewing processes.
Wort boiling and digital analytics
The energy-efficient and retrofittable wort boiling system BubbleBoil will make its debut. Based on an external boiler, the heated wort is returned to the kettle through special nozzles, creating steam bubbles due to pressure drop. This ensures effective homogenization and the removal of unwanted aroma compounds like DMS. The result: significantly reduced evaporation with consistent wort quality and minimal technical effort.
Also new to the portfolio is a cloud-based digital analytics tool. It combines modern data-driven evaluation methods with deep process engineering expertise. Users gain transparent insights into the current state and development of their production processes via common mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones.
Sustainability remains a key focus
Ziemann Holvrieka’s trade fair presence is rounded off by the highly relevant topic of sustainability. In this context, DeltaBrew and OmegaBrew will be highlighted as forward-looking solutions for cold-heat management.
