Layn Natural Ingredients introduces SustaNX, a new addition to its current Plantae™ PRESERVATION product line. This natural, polyphenol-rich, antioxidant preservative solution is available in two formats: water-soluble powder and oil-dispensable liquid.

Utilised in butter, bakery seasonings, oil, meat and essential oil, the ingredient is a clean-label alternative to EDTA and synthetic antioxidants that can extend shelf-life of end products. Made with a chelating agent with free-radical scavenger components, it boasts of better effectivity than mixed tocopherols. Because of its performance, clients can use lesser amount, without affecting quality, in effect decreasing overall production spending.
