Cargill, hydrocolloid specialist Unitec Meals, and sugar producer Fuji Nihon Seito Company are joining forces to drive innovation and commercialisation of meal ingredient options in Japan and the Asia-Pacific area.
Since 1972, Cargill has maintained a long-standing partnership with Unitec Meals, a completely owned Fuji Nihon Seito Company subsidiary.

Sealing the deal
Under the new memorandum of understanding, the companies will work on promoting their technical operations and business strategies. They will start by activating their manufacturing capacities and distribution channels in Japan and the broader Asian market.
Cargill has partnered with Unitec Meals to develop its pectin enterprise within the Japanese market. The joint improvement of recent merchandise/applied sciences combines the expertise and know-how of Cargill’s Innovation Middle in Singapore and Unitec Meals’ improvement amenities in Japan.
