Food ingredients company Solina Savory Ingredients has announced its acquisition of Asenzya®, formerly Foran Spice Company. The latter, based in Wisoncsin, is a provider of custom seasoning blends and solutions. Leader in innovative filtration products Donaldson Company has completed the acquisition of Solaris Biotechnology, costing approximately €41 million. JBS acquires BioTech Foods, constructs facility in Spain
In order to supplement and expand its cultivated protein portfolio, JBS Foods is completing acquisition of Spanish company BioTech Foods.
