Palsgaard to construct new biogas facility through public-private partnership
Coming from a partnership that began three years ago, ingredients company Palsgaard and wastewater treatment facility Hedensted Spildevand have commenced the building of Palsgaard Bio Energy A/S. This biogas facility, located in Juelsminde, Denmark, has a completion date targeted for the first half of 2022. US-based Barchemy has integrated a dedicated chocolate production line that is free from the top 12 food allergens. This comes as a result of the company’s 40,000 square foot expansion of its manufacturing plant based in Donora, PA.
