To further expand its line of science-backed natural ingredients, Kerry has announced the completion of its acquisition of Natreon. The latter, a U.S.-based company, is a supplier of Ayurvedic botanical ingredients. Taste and nutrition company Kerry announced that it has reached agreements to acquire two leading biotechnology companies: c-LEcta and Enmex.
