China-based Angel Yeast has introduced a vegan, allergen-free yeast protein ingredient that complements plant-based food alternatives. The AngeoPro F80 contains double the amount of essential amino acids like lysine, isoleucine and leucine and can book sthe overall taste profile of the final food item.
