Kerry to acquire biotechnology innovation companies
Taste and nutrition company Kerry announced that it has reached agreements to acquire two leading biotechnology companies: c-LEcta and Enmex. Bigger manufacturing facility in the pipeline for Provectus Algae
Australian biotechnology company Provectus Algae will be expanding into a large-scale production facility to complement the existing operations they have today. This new factory will be up and running by the end of the year in Noosaville, Australia.
